Submit a request using the form below.

A trustee will check the diary + be in touch within 5 days to confirm the hire fee + any deposit.

Your booking is only confirmed once you’ve paid the hire fee + any deposit.

Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Rates

£XX per hour for village residents

£XX per hour for non-residents

Full day hire by agreement
A deposit of up to £250 may be requested for higher-risk events. It will be refunded within 14 days, less any deductions for damage or excessive mess.
Information for Hirers
The minimum hire time is 1 hour, setting up and clearing away must be included in the hire time. The Hall should be left in the condition it is found in. Everything you need to know about hiring the hall is available in the documents below
